- Children will explore movement while improving core strength, coordination and balance
- Simple exercises in class form a strong base for movement in martial arts or other sports as the child ages
- Group class is a great way for young children to join a community where they can practice sharing and respect
C.A.T.S. TODDLER PROGRAM - Mt. Airy FALL 2024
Each class will have 30 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes of free play time with both parents and children on the mat to enjoy together.

AGES: 2-4 years old
COST: $159 for 8 weeks program
