- Children will explore movement while improving core strength, coordination and balance
- Simple exercises in class form a strong base for movement in martial arts or other sports as the child ages
- Group class is a great way for young children to join a community where they can practice sharing and respect
C.A.T.S. TODDLER PROGRAM - Mt. Airy
Each class will have 30 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes of free play time with both parents and children on the mat to enjoy together.
DATES: weeks of 3/23-5/19 (no class the week of 4/21)
AGES: 2-4 years old
COST: $150 for 8 weeks program
CLASS SIZE: max of 10 students per session
